Sukanta Wahyu a sculpture artist is present his inovation, lead a reproduction of contemporer clasical art which wrapped with postmodern thought. The development of contemporer sculpture is perfectly reflected in Sukanta’s works. Each work are beautifuly modify which carried a main concept of Lingga Yoni (see lingga yoni).

In historical view, Lingga-Yoni concept is a religius essence which represents sacred things. A freedom in understanding this concept means providing a space in contestation and represenation for the artist’s identity in creating their works, especially in Sukanta Wahyu’s sculpture.
